Shippping Methods We Accept

We accept FedEx, UPS, USPS and LTL currently. If you want us to ship out your pack by other methods , please contact us, we'd like to discuss it with you and will let you know the corresponding shipping fee.

Shipping Time & Fee
---FedEx: will take 3-5 work days shipping time. 
---UPS: will take 3-5 work days shipping time. 
---USPS: will take 4-6 work days shipping time. 
---LTL: will take 7-30 work days shipping time. 

When Will Your Order Arrive? 

 Your order's arrival time is process time plus shipping time. We tried to list the arrival time at each product's description area. If you have a deadline, please make sure to leave it in comment area when checkout.


Returns

Non-Furniture Items
We will accept merchandise returns of non-furniture items within 90 days of customer receipt. For International Checkout online orders, refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you by our global partner, paypal, in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order.

Stock Furniture Items
If you are not satisfied with your Stock furniture purchase, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery or pickup to arrange a return. The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery or pickup. The item will be inspected upon return, and a refund amount will be determined based on its condition. Please inform us at coolben@163.com, and we will provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped and the amount you will be refunded.
